This Refund Policy (the "Policy") informs you (the "Event Attendee") about your right to receive a refund for tickets purchased on the House of Explorers platform via our website or mobile application ("the Platform").
By accepting this Policy, you agree that you have read this Policy carefully to understand your rights as set out below.

Agreement Framework
/ That House of Explorers is a self-service Platform that lets event creators sell tickets directly to their audience.
/ That House of Explorers is not directly involved in the organisation or quality of events. Organisers are responsible for their own terms.
/ That House of Explorers reserves the right to charge a one-time non-refundable Platform Fee for every ticket.
/ House of Explorers will not be liable for any damages resulting from dissatisfaction with an event.
/ In the event of a refund, you are entitled to the ticket cost only (Platform fees are non-refundable).

House of Explorers will not refund tickets if you are dissatisfied with the quality of an event.

Force Majeure
House of Explorers will assist with facilitating refunds in cases of cancellation due to severe weather, acts of God, or emergencies, but the Event Organiser remains solely liable.
